Job Description
Job Summary :
- Responsible for meeting IT needs of all staff in the office locations. Maintain IT infrastructure and systems while also identifying new requirements and areas for improvement.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design, source, deploy and manage end-to-end IT infrastructure requirements for our offices
- Manage the Team responsible for providing technical support for office staff to ensure their IT needs are met.
- Collaborate with and maintain communications with executives and department heads in the organization
- Implement and enforce the policies, procedures as per the Corporate Standards.
- Monitor performance of information technology systems to determine cost and productivity levels, and to make recommendations for improving the IT infrastructure
- Help define IT infrastructure strategy, architecture, and processes
- Running regular checks on network and data security
- Research IT solutions and make recommendations for the improvement of IT systems and IT infrastructure
Job Requirements
- Strong communication skills
- BSC of Engineering or Computer science
- At least 3 years of network administration experience
- MS-Windows server experience
- ITIL,ISO27001,WAN,LAN,VPN,DHCP,DNS,Hyper-V,SQL.
- Fortigate, ASA, Sophos, Switches, Project planning
- 3 years of experience in a Management position and 7+ Years of ex
- Good organizational skills
- Good time management
