Job Description
- The implementation of all activities relating to export and import transactions and international and letters of guarantee and coordination with export customers including liaison and follow-up until the implementation of export transactions
- Responsible To Open New Markets According To Company Strategies & A Future Vision On The Opportunities In New Markets As North Or South Africa And Gulf Area Or Europe.
- Negotiate contracts for sales and manage renew, review contracts as required to enable effective trading, operations and customer relations
- Market Situation Analysis & Analysis of
- Marketing Environment.
- Manage/liaise with stock control, warehousing and distribution activities influenced by or reliant upon export activities
- Receiving and confirming bookings for clients.
- Help and support in preparing marketing plan and Strategies Competition Analysis and Channels of Distribution
- Revising and Finalizing BL and All Relevant Documents
- Maintain and share with colleagues as appropriate, personal knowledge of all relevant import/export law and procedures; tariffs and duties; licenses and restrictions.
- Coordination and planning of trade shows and Conferences.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree
- Fluent in English
- Good Knowledge about government regulations for importing and exporting.
- FMCG background is preferred.
- Good knowledge of shipping & commercial terms.
