Deputy Of Chief Projects Officer ( Background Real Estate)

Job Summary:

Deputy of CPO is a full time position will be based in head office dokki and some days as missions to construction site in kafrshikh to follow up progress of the projects, His Mainly responsibility will be responsible for technical office department in dokki and site, he will be link between technical office dep and contraction site and make sure that everything is going as be planned.

Job Description: 

• Responsible for Technical office dep include ( Civil – Architecture – Mechanical – Electrical )
• Oversees coordination of personnel and resources required to successfully complete projects
• Typically reports to top management
• Manage the day-to-day activities in the Projects progress.
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within the scope and within budget
• Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals
• Ensure standardized and relevant document templates are available from a central repository for both the PMO and business project team members
