Job Description

What does a Senior Social Media Specialist do?

Our social media strategies are aimed at driving website traffic and revenue for our clients and our company while inspiring customer engagement. The right candidate would be experienced in all digital marketing aspects. Facebook is currently the social media platform that offers the most immediate value, but the ideal candidate would offer expertise in LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, Twitter, and Snapchat.

  • Develop, implement, and manage the client's social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification.
  • Propose to clients created and implemented a social media marketing plan and editorial calendar presentations
  • Define the most important social media KPIs. Submitting weekly reports for campaign performance and KPIs achieved Vs promised.
  • Manage Z Event and client social media channels, including Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, and other relevant platforms.
  • Generate, edit, publish and share attention-grabbing content (original text, images, video, HTML, and targeted ads) that build connections, inspire engagement, and encourage our client’s audience to take action.
  • Track and analyze analytics reports to gain insight into traffic, demographics, and effectiveness; utilize this information to positively affect future outcomes
  • Very Good at Media Buying to can Create and Manage media buying campaigns across all social media and digital channels.
  • Follow up with the community management team.
  • Assist with crisis management, bad reviews, and negative news communications
  • Propose new ideas and concepts for social media campaigns.
  • Provide weekly, monthly, quarterly (and as needed) activity/campaign reports for both in-house and client faced services.
  • Collaborate with other departments to manage company reputation, coordinate promotions, and increase reach
  • Managing a high volume of daily social media posts.
  • Stay up-to-date with current and emerging technologies and trends in social media, design tools, algorithms, and applications.

Candidate Requirements

  • Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in social media marketing team leader and as a Media Buyer.
  • Advertising agency backgrooru is a mustnd. 
  • Organizational and multitasking abilities with consistent attention to detail.
  • Welling to build strong digital marketing department.
  • Excellent writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation, and communication skills.
  • Demonstrable a  networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
  • Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics Compensation:
