Job Description
- Hiring Now Real Estate Primary Sales with a previous Experience in related field in 6 October city , North Coast and sokhna - new capital - new Cairo - sheikh zayed
- One day Off : Thursday
Job Duties :
- Developing prospective clients.
- Property appraisal & pricing negotiation with clients.
- Market Researches.
- Performing Marketing plans.
- Study property listings.
- Representing buyers & Sellers through negotiations.
- Interview prospective clients.
- Accompany clients to property site.
- Discuss terms & conditions of sale.
- Closing Deals & finalizing the sale.
- Draw up real estate contracts.
- Discuss available projects & units for prospected buyers.
- Reporting activities to the company management.
- Maintaining good relations with costumers.
Job Requirements
- Experience: 2-4 years in real estate is a must Good English.
- Good English.
- Excellent communication skills
- Max age is 30.
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Good computer skills.
- Talented and Self Motivated
- Gender : Male / Female
- Owning a CAR is preferred
- Good or very good English
- Very Presentable
- Preferred lives in 6 October - Zayed area
