Job Description
- Managing repair, maintenance, supervision and follow-up works and disbursing spare parts for all vehicles operating in the projects in accordance with repair orders, and expressing technical opinion and assistance to ensure the maintenance of the vehicles' technical competence.
- Follow the procedures and steps carried out for the repair and maintenance operations in accordance with the technical specifications specified in the maintenance work manual and their forms, by implementing the company’s policy in using the documentary cycle for repair and dispensing of spare parts.
- Ensure that the supervisor and technicians understand their duties and follow the specified repair steps and their use of the workshop tools and equipment.
- Take the necessary measures to maintain the number and equipment of the workshop and the vehicles under repair, and take care of the personal tasks of the technicians (overalls, safety gear, helmets, etc.).
- Follow the safety and security instructions while using the available equipment in repair and methods of disposing of all kinds of waste.
- Supervising and following-up on the procedures and steps for repair and maintenance of vehicles, providing technical support, testing the vehicle after repair, and delivering it to the driver and delegate.
- Follow-up of the customer's complaint and observations and the speed of taking the necessary measures to avoid this complaint and escalate the matter if necessary.
- Organizing work hours in line with operating requirements, which ensure rapid response to emergency faults, within the scope of the company's policy and work to reduce these faults.
- Create a file for each vehicle divided by projects, in which it is recorded for all maintenance and repair work, spare parts, tires and batteries, as well as external repairs made to the vehicle according to the models used.
- Encouraging technicians and urging them to innovate and make any suggestions to improve service work at the center.
- Make a weekly report explaining the technical condition of vehicles in the projects and the requirements for maintenance work in terms of spare parts, raw materials, etc.
- Proposal work for the required training programs to complete the raising of technicians' competence and make appropriate nominations for them in accordance with the new requirements of the reform.
- Make a monthly report on the loss of spare parts that appear during work and also for what is expected to be needed according to the maintenance plan and the circulating faults, and present it to the maintenance manager.
- Commitment to implementing the instructions related to occupational safety and health and maintaining the implementation of their policies.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Engineering - Auto Mechanics.
- Experience at least 5 years.
- Age not more than 35 years.
