Job Description
One of the leading Furniture Manufacturing companies in Egypt , is hiring a Showroom Manager for one of its showrooms
- S/He will be responsible for the all the staff of his showroom
- S/He will make sure that the showroom is always up to the standards
- Coaching and closing deals for the sales if needed
- Understand all the different competitors in the market
- Keep the all designers energized and motivated in order to lead the team to meet monthly sales targets.
- Provide productive feedback to the team
Job Requirements
- Experience in managing Furniture showroom is a Must.
- Relevant Bachelor Degree in furniture sales background is preferable.
- Experience Needed 5 - 7 years’ with Minimum 5 years in a showroom management role is a Must
