Job Description

About the Job

  • Managing inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
  • Provide product and service information to customers.
  • Follow up customer calls when necessary.
  • Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile.
  • Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints.
  • Identify and escalate issues to supervisors.
  • Complete call logs and reports.
  • Maintains and improves quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines; recommending improved procedures.
  • Attract & provide potential clients and place customer orders.
  • Assume other duties.

Job Requirements

  • Previous experience 1-2 years in real estate field is preferable, however, fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Excellent communication skills. Very good English
