About the Job
- Managing inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
- Provide product and service information to customers.
- Follow up customer calls when necessary.
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile.
- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
- Manage and resolve customer complaints.
- Identify and escalate issues to supervisors.
- Complete call logs and reports.
- Maintains and improves quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines; recommending improved procedures.
- Attract & provide potential clients and place customer orders.
- Assume other duties.
Job Requirements
- Previous experience 1-2 years in real estate field is preferable, however, fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Excellent communication skills. Very good English
