Job Description
- To lead the development, implementation and management of the business improvement strategy and programs for Agility with a focus on promoting continuous enhancement throughout the Organization
- To establish, implement and constantly measure the effectiveness of Quality, Health & Safety measures monitor across the business
- To facilitate the on-job training of all employees on the scopes of Quality Assurance, Health & Safety and the ISO standard
- To manage the facilities engineering and technical support services, project operations and preventative maintenance programs, for all Agility owned properties and infrastructure services
Job Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Engineering/Mechanical/ Electrical disciplines or an equivalent technical qualification relevant to Facilities Management
- Diploma/Certification in OHSE will be an advantage
- Six Sigma qualified
- ISO qualified
- NEBOSH certified
- IOSH and OHSAS certified.
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certified (Preferable)
- HSE certified , Any other QMS related certification
