Job Description
- Ability to design training programs for management and professional clients
- Knowledge of education and training, i.e. knowledge of principles and methods for curriculum and training design, teaching and instruction for individuals and groups, and the measurement of training effectiveness.
- EBI procedures and policies related to training programs
Ability to communicate both orally and in writing and to effectively interact with individuals at all levels
Ability to write and speak English and present persuasive and clear opinions in English
Organizing, planning and prioritizing work.
Banker of a minimum 15 years of experience - Extensive years of experience in the area of training for professionals in the financial sector
- Significant years of experience in leading groups
- This managerial position requires a well-seasoned professional who can diagnose needs and recommend the · appropriate training mix with emphasis on helping to improve organizational effectiveness.
- University degree, preferably in the banking or the finance field Master’s degree is a plus.
