Job Description

Studygram Inc. is a global educational marketing and consulting agency with offices in Kuwait, Egypt, and USA. We are looking for a bold and eager Human Resources professional to fuel our exponential and long term growth with great and timely talents across multiple functions and locations.

This HR Assistant Manager position is will be responsible for handling the talent acquisition, Training & development and Compensation & benefits functions and may support with other functions/areas when needed.  

Talent Acquisition 70%:

  • Responsible for full cycle of the recruiting process
  • Source and Screen CVs based on position requirements.
  • Administer interviewing & selection process (conducting HR interviews) for shortlisting candidates.
  • Prepare job offers and send them to selected candidates
  • Hire applicants and authorize paperwork assigning them to positions
  • Maintain updated recruitment records and reports.
  • Ensure all newcomers induction process: paperwork, issue contracts, administer orientation sessions and relevant role-based training.
  • Ensure complete employees’ documents and files.
  • Communicate with Social insurance authorities to add new comers and delete leaving employees.

Training & Development 20%:

  • Conduct Training Needs Analysis and develop training plans to serve the needs of the organization.
  • Research and communicate with external training providers to fulfil external training needs.
  • Maintain updated training records

Compensation & Benefits 10%: 

  • Implement and administer benefit programs, life insurance, employees’ compensation, , retirement and other plans.
  • Manage strategic relationship with service providers and negotiating contracts

Job Requirements

  • A bachelor degree in business administration, Human Resources or any related field of study.
  • 3-5 years of experience in HR positions.
  • Fluent English Language both Written and Spoken
  • Motivated, fast learner, and hard-working.
  • Time management skills.
  • Computer Proficiency Necessary
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Training and Professional Certificates is preferable.
