Job Description
- Moderate communities on Social Media Platforms, (respond to messages and comments) including Facebook, Twitter, and other similar social media platforms, adapting methodology where appropriate
- Produce reports on relevant moderation statistics, issues, and outcomes.
- Regularly feedback insights gained from community moderation.
- Maintain the Moderation Guidelines and ensure they are up to date.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in journalism, communications, marketing, or a related field.
- Proactive and energetic.
- Good communication skills.
- Good writing skills.
- Excellent command of English.
- Knowledge of online marketing and a good understanding of major marketing channels
- Team player.
