Job Description
- Excellent English skills
- Supervise the Video Department and all its creative products from concept through publication - hiring and management of the Team, and all the video production for the company
- Work closely with Content and Marketing departments
- Review, edit and approve video work developed by other team members.
- Ensure deadlines are met and job quality is of the highest standards only
- Generate creative ideas and concepts, and flush out into full multi-media campaigns
- Create original video content for the company’s platform, social media pages, and other marketing materials
- Meet art department work standards by following production, productivity, quality, and client-service standards
- Review project production factors by studying background information, be aligned with market and competitive environment, objectives, presentation approaches, styles, and techniques
- Improve quality results by studying, evaluating, and re-designing processes and implementing changes
- Train, coach and evaluate team members
- Manage the organization of all files, licenses, copyrights, documents, and other details of administration.
- Create videos for Social Media, and original video series
- Trim footage segments and put the sequence of the film
- Input music, dialogues, motion graphics, and effects
- Create rough and final cuts
- Ensure logical sequencing and smooth running
- Consult with stakeholders from production to post-production process
- Discover and implement new editing technologies and the industry’s best practices to maximize efficiency, continuously
Job Requirements
- Excellent English skills
- 7-10 Years work experience minimum, including management 2 years managing video teams
- Proven work experience as a video editor with a minimum of 5 years of producing digital content at excellent quality
- Experience with digital technology and editing software packages (e.g. Premiere, After Effects, Davinci Resolve)
- Comfortable working in a high-paced and evolving production environment in a fast-growth startup
- A strong eye for typography and layout design.

- Highly creative, with strong production skills and attention to details
- Strong portfolio and experienced work history
- Strong research ability, as needed for online video sourcing
