• This individual must be eager to learn the Boating business. And be able to sell all the fun related to it to clients.

Overall Responsibilities

• Overseeing and developing marketing and PR campaigns (including on Social Media)
•  Conducting research and analyzing Boating Business data to identify and define audiences
• Devising and presenting new ideas and strategies to develop sales volumes.
•  Continuously collect and update market information and evaluate new business opportunities.
• Developing and maintaining company’s websites and looking at data analytics.
• Developing and updating databases and using a customer relationship management (CRM) system
• Coordinating internal marketing and an organization’s culture
• Monitoring performance
• Developing of marine accessories online store and follow up marketing and day to day operation.
