Job Description
We are seeking a Business Analyst to do the following:
- Provides the Digital Technology team with Business System Analysis support for all digital technology regional and global initiatives
- Provide business needs to the development team
- create thorough, descriptive requirements for the business request
- provide team with business insight of upcoming plans
- Work cross functionally with the business teams, technology team, and delivery team to design and specify large scale complex business solutions
- Manages requirements and functional design through entire lifecycle - tracks and fully documents changes for functional and business specifications; writes detailed universally understood procedures for permanent records and for use in training
Job Requirements
- Candidate should have at least 5 years of experience as Business Analyst within technical process
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
- Hands on experience with creating artifacts like Business Requirement document (BRD), System Requirement document (SRS), Requirement Traceability Matrix (RTM), Functional Specification Document (FSD)
- Provide perspective to the team and keeps team focused on critical deliverables and tasks
- 3-5 years working with direct to consumer
- Excellent oral and written English communication skills
