Job Description
- Develop strategic marketing plans for a product through market research, competitive analysis, customer engagement, and business planning.
- Define product strategy and roadmap.
- Deliver BRDs with prioritized features.
- Drive new business and opportunities for the Business Unit and Technology Group.
- Develop new product features and functionality in partnership with the Engineering and relevant stakeholders.
- Provide customer use-case examples of engineering and act as the primary bridge between customer feedback and requirements. Drive resolution of customer satisfaction issues.
- Manage issues associated with the ordering of products, systems, and tools.
- Create clear product requirements and user stories.
- Create and update a product roadmap, and lead strategic prioritization decisions with the team.
- Work closely with designers on the best UX/UI for end-users.
- Manage the product backlog.
- Translate product concepts, features & USE cases into full functional specifications for developers to immediately use to start building features.
- Drive product development and collaborate with the engineering team to come up with reliable technical solutions.
- Collaborate with all business stakeholders by acting as the point of reference to all things related to product vision and requirements.
- Ensures products and releases are launched correctly and on schedule.
- Provide regular updates about product direction and release plans to business stakeholders.
Job Requirements
- MS/BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or equivalent.
- Min 2 years of experience in product management.
- Demonstrated understanding of business analysis concepts.
- Self-motivated and highly ambitious.
- Strong presentation skills, adept business knowledge, organizational abilities.
- Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Great at translating data into insights to relevant teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Excellent teamwork and people skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work towards long-term goals.
- Flexibility and openness to change.
- Experience with Agile methodology
- Understand fundamentals of software development processes and procedures
- Microsoft Azure DevOps knowledge
