Job Description
A technical sales engineer is required for one of our Group companies:
- Contacts prospective customers to generate new sales of company products or services.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports.
- Builds strategic partnerships with customers to achieve profitable growth and cross-sell objectives for assigned business segments, products and assigned geographies.
- Follows up on new sales leads from market, referrals and own prospecting lead generation activities.
- Qualifies prospective customers and educates them on product, pricing and services.
- Coordinates sales materials, testimonials and subject matter expert involvement in support of the successful delivery of constituent sales presentations.
- Ensures product, pricing and services meet customer's needs while meeting company’s revenue growth and profit objectives.
- Provide information to management about sales figures, goals and customer needs, interests, obstacles, and potential sales for new products and services.
- Coordinates internally with teams to provide in time deliveries to customers.
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports.
Job Requirements
Job Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
• 3-5 years’ experience in sales preferably in infrastructure building materials
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Very good user of Microsoft office programs.
• Highly motivated and the target driven with a proven track record in sales.
• Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills.
• Availability to travel when needed
