Job Description
WebLogic server Administrator responsibilities include:
- Develop integrated system test requirements and strategies
- Support Web Applications deployed across multiple Classified and Unclassified WebLogic environments, monitor application performance and report metrics upon request
- Administrate Oracle WebLogic Administration
- Administrate Oracle WebCenter Portal
- Administrate Oracle Access Manager
- Administrate OID
- Administrate integration Oracle Access Manager with IVR
- Administrate integration Oracle Access Manager with OSB
- Administrate integration Oracle Access Manager with Manage Engine
- Implement and Maintenance Linux cluster for Oracle FMW
- Oracle WebLogic Server instances and clusters
- Deploy and manage large-scale Java EE applications to servers or clusters through the entire development and production lifecycle
- Troubleshoot JDBC, JMS and SSL problems
- Install, configure and administer oracle WebLogic server on Red hat Linux Windows server in both production and development environment and SOA environment.

Job Requirements
- Must have 5+ Years’ experience
- Must have Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or IT relevant
- Have one or more of the following certificates or courses
- Any Oracle WebLogic Server System Administration or equivalent
- Any Oracle Service Bus System Administration or equivalent.
- Any Oracle Portal or equivalent
- Any Oracle Access manager or equivalent
- Have superior understanding of WebLogic (installation, configuration, update) and proven ability to document and execute WebLogic monitoring, probing and troubleshooting
- Have proven capability in analysis related to design, development and integration software and system level requirements to provide an integrated IT solution
- Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose simple to complex problems including resource usage concerns and application degradation
- Ability to communicate complex ideas in written and verbal forms
- Must have experience in implementation of server and network hardware technologies including network files systems, disk and server-based storage solutions
- Must be able to work in a team environment and independently with little to no management oversight.
- Must effectively manage and meet deadlines within tight schedules and be able to quickly reprioritize tasks without loss of productivity
- Experience supporting clustered WebLogic Application servers
- Experience in server and network hardware technologies
- Have experience in WebLogic server administration in SOA environment and have good experience in the following technologies
- Java EE
- Oracle SOA suite
- Oracle Web logic
- Oracle web center
- Oracle service Bus (OSB)
