Job Description
1. Responsible for calculating the attendance data of all employees of the company and calculating performance payroll
2. Responsible for handling the increase or decrease in social security for company personnel
3. Responsible for publishing and updating recruitment information, screening candidates for interviews, arranging new employee onboarding, contract signing, assessment, transfer, resignation, etc.
4. Responsible for the preparation and release of company-wide official documents
5. Responsible for assisting superior leaders to implement the company's personnel management system
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as supervisor or relevant role
- Familiarity with company policies and legal guidelines of the field
- Ability to learn a variety of job descriptions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Diploma/Certificate in first line management or relevant field
- High school diploma; BSc/BA in management or relevant discipline will be considered an advantage
