Job Description
We seek an experienced professional to develop a comprehensive QHSE training library covering NEBOSH, OSHA, IOSH, NASP, and ISO certifications (45001, 9001, 14001). This project involves creating various content formats, including SCORM-compliant e-learning modules, interactive videos, infographics, assessments, and simulations that meet accreditation standards.
Job Requirements
- Key Responsibilities:
• Develop SCORM-compliant, mobile-responsive e-learning modules using specified tools (e.g., Articulate 360, iSpring Suite).
• Create diverse video content (lectures, tutorials, case studies) using tools like Camtasia and Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Design engaging infographics and diagrams using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, and Visme.
• Produce interactive and scenario-based quizzes and assessments using Quizlet, Google Forms, and Typeform.
• Prepare downloadable resources such as PDFs and guides.
• Implement simulations and VR content for practical scenarios using Adobe Captivate. Ideal Skills:
• Extensive knowledge of QHSE standards and certifications (NEBOSH, OSHA, IOSH, ISO).
• Proficiency in e-learning development tools (Articulate 360, Captivate, iSpring Suite).
• Experience in creating interactive and engaging content with SCORM and accreditation standards in mind.
• Ability to design for complex QHSE concepts and translate them into accessible, engaging formats.
