Job Description

  • Handles the carry-over of excessive vacation balances according to the company’s policy.
  • Provides payroll with all reports that affect the employees’ monthly salary. 
  • Ensures the adherence of all employees to organization’s personnel rules and regulations.
  • Responsible for the accuracy of the social insurance process.
  • Manages the legislative processes with the legal entities (Labor office, social insurance,…)
  • Provides reports and statistics to HRBPs related to accrued vacations and patterns of absenteeism.
  • Ensures the completion of initiation labor contracts and all the required forms for newcomers; executes renewals. 
  • Handles the job abandonment registered notifications that should be sent to employees and maintains proper documentations. 
  • Updates employees’ documents according to expiry on the HRMIS. 
  • Initiates, updates, and maintains employees’ and personal data on the HRMIS. 
  • Maintain record and updated log with all employees file and personal documents handling the organization Archive and auto archive all employees’ documents.
  • Handle all clearance cycle for all employees starting from receiving approved resignation form till the clearance form is released and handing employees their document, experience letter, financial dues, etc.) 
  • Updates all employment information on HRMIS, ex. Promotion, transfer, title change, level change, etc. 
  • Performs other related duties, as required.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • 1 to 2 Years of experience in Personnel and Operations function.
  • Good knowledge of HRIMS & employment/labor laws.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Attention to detail and strong communication skills.
