Conduct quantity surveying for required materials to proceed in
submitting the purchase request.
Compare quantity survey quotes with the actual implemented
work to prepare the Client and Subcontractor Interim Payment
Prepare Requests for Information (RFIs) for missing, unclear,
conflicting or other technical matters that may arise during project
and keep its records for following up and tracing.
Prepare material submittals for material approvals and keep its
records for following up and tracing.
Prepare Interim Payment for clients and sub-contractors
Prepare the cost analysis report for executed tasks and its
comparison to the budget
Prepare Clients and Sub-Contractors Interim Payment
Preparation of the monthly implementation plan
Prepare required documents for Variation Orders for the Clients
Interim payment.
Prepare periodic reports and submit them to the direct manager to
follow up the work and solve problems
Commit to the planned trainings and work on delivering the
information learned to the team.

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
Minimum 6 to 10 years of experience in Bridges / Roads Projects
Aware with Technical Office Function (Quantity Survey, Interim Payment, Variation Order, … etc)
Aware with Planning and Cost Control Technique
Experience in the construction of Bridges / Roads work field
Very Good English Language
Excellent Computer Skills ( AutoCAD, Primavera, 3D Max, Revit)
