Job Description
- Conduct quantity surveying for required materials to proceed in
submitting the purchase request. - Compare quantity survey quotes with the actual implemented
work to prepare the Client and Subcontractor Interim Payment - Prepare Requests for Information (RFIs) for missing, unclear,
conflicting or other technical matters that may arise during project
and keep its records for following up and tracing. - Prepare material submittals for material approvals and keep its
records for following up and tracing. - Prepare Interim Payment for clients and sub-contractors
- Prepare the cost analysis report for executed tasks and its
comparison to the budget - Prepare Clients and Sub-Contractors Interim Payment
- Preparation of the monthly implementation plan
- Prepare required documents for Variation Orders for the Clients
Interim payment. - Prepare periodic reports and submit them to the direct manager to
follow up the work and solve problems - Commit to the planned trainings and work on delivering the
information learned to the team.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 6 to 10 years of experience in Bridges / Roads Projects
- Aware with Technical Office Function (Quantity Survey, Interim Payment, Variation Order, … etc)
- Aware with Planning and Cost Control Technique
- Experience in the construction of Bridges / Roads work field
- Very Good English Language
- Excellent Computer Skills ( AutoCAD, Primavera, 3D Max, Revit)
