Job Description
- Collaborate with R&D team to maintain an organized and up-to-date database of drawings and specifications.
- Liaise with multiple factories and workshops with drawings and manufacturing documents to ensure timely receipt and acknowledgment
- Regularly communicate with factory personnel to address queries and provide clarifications.
- Oversee the entire manufacturing process, ensuring compliance with engineering specifications and quality standards.
- Monitor production schedules, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions to meet project timelines.
- Collaborate with factories and workshops to optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Build and collaborate with assembly team to resolve any issues and streamline assembly procedures.
- Supervise the assembly process, ensuring proper alignment with design specifications.
- Conduct regular checks to verify the quality and accuracy of manufactured parts and assembled units.
- Develop and execute inspection plans to ensure adherence to industry standards and customer requirements.
- Identify and procure standard parts required for manufacturing processes.
- Document and report any non-conformities, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in mechanical production engineering, with a focus on supervising manufacturing processes.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, fabrication methods and tool design.
- Familiarity with manufacturing equipment and quality assurance techniques
- Proficient in CAD software.
- Project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with internal teams and external manufacturing partners.
- Experience dealing with electronics components is plus.
