Job Description

Marketing Strategy
  • Identify, develop, and evaluate marketing strategies, based on objectives, market characteristics, cost and markup factors.
  • Develop pricing strategies that maximizes profits and market share, balancing firm objectives and customer satisfaction.
  • Drive sales forecasting and strategic planning to ensure the sale and profitability of products & services, analyzing business developments and monitoring market trends.
  • Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads.
  • Deploying successful marketing campaigns from ideation to execution.
  • Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely.
  • Measure and report the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals.
  • Formulate, direct and coordinate marketing activities and policies to promote products and services.
Branding
  • Setting of style guides, brand guidelines, brand vision and value proposition for short as well as long term.
  • carrying out market research in order to keep up to date with customer trends, as well as trying to predict future trends.
  • Working with colleagues across multiple departments in enforcing branding culture, uplifting and consistency.
  • Monitoring design, content, and production of all marketing materials.
  • Maintain brand integrity across all company marketing initiatives and communications and manage category performance.
External Communication
  • Planning and help in execution of all communications and media actions on all channels, including online and social media
  • Developing, implementing, measuring, and improving communication plans for supporting sales initiatives for achieving business line objectives. 
  • Ensuring sound communication across multiple and appropriate media in line with the overall communication strategy for extending brand visibility.
  • Identify actionable insights such as fashion trends, data, competitor’s media performance, and marketing trends. 
Internal Management
  • Direct the hiring, training, and performance evaluations of marketing staff and oversee their daily activities.
  • Manage events and on-ground activation team plus follow up reporting system. 

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related subject and extensive experience in the marketing field.
  • Females only could apply.
  • MBA / MSC is a must.
  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in Marketing functions - 5 years’ experience in a similar role (Managerial Level) preferred to be in B2C field.
  • Brand awareness and clear understanding of brands and the marketing mix.
  • Strong understanding of branding principles and ability to execute brand-building strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of communication practices and techniques.
  • Experience in market research.
  • Knowledge in social media marketing.
  • Knowledge in internal communication and large-scale events.
  • Up-to-date with latest trends and marketing best practices.
  • Highly Leadership and Organizational skills.
  • Solid knowledge of performance reporting and budgeting processes.
  • Relationship management skills (Team working skills).
  • A strong focus on results.
  • Analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Creativity and an ability to produce innovative and original ideas.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
