Job Description
- Perform maintenance management by supervising maintenance workers and establishing priorities in maintenance schedules and tasks to ensure operational efficiency.
- Provide training and development opportunities to all maintenance staff & carry out performance evaluations and appraisals.
- Review maintenance department financials to manage labor costs, maintenance costs, and other expenses in budgets.
- Maintain updates operating and training manuals for the maintenance department
- Supervise and lead all maintenance processes and operations.
- Maintain a detailed maintenance log and report on all daily maintenance activities.
- Carry off-the-book maintenance inspections of all facilities to check if any issues need resolving.
- Ensures full utilization of machines and equipment with standards.
- Conduct regular inspections of the facilities to detect and resolve problems.
- Plan and manage all repair and installation activities.
- Assign repair schedules and evaluate repair cost estimates.
- Follow-up for all machines modification &upgrade and Machines’ preparation for new product.
- Plan and implement all preventive maintenance and regular maintenance.
- Perform related duties as assigned, within your scope of practice
Job Requirements
- Previous experience within 7-10 years in the same industry
- Understanding Bearing & TPM
- Deep understanding hydraulic systems
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering major Mechanical Power Engineering / Production & Mechanical Design Engineering
- Lead operations (5S - TPM - SMED - VSM - Six Sigma….)
- CMMS software
