Job Description
- Operational:
- To manage all day to day operations related to HR Department.
- To prepare effective operational manual for HR Department.
- To ensure delivering better services than other competitors in market by (conducting surveys, market researches).
- To lead the following areas of operation:
- Time & Attendance administration.
- Employees’ Discipline.
- Staff concerns and grievances.
- Financial:
- To approve each action related to (expenses, payment, requisitions, etc) that comes from or to HR department.
- To monitor & control all expenses related to employees for all the company departments.
- Administration:
- To approve all schedules related to work organization (Monthly duties and shifts sheet, Vacation plans, and any other schedules which ensure work productivity and efficiency).
- To assist Egypt - CEO by consulting, Directing, and providing them with suggestion, initiatives that enhance work environment and expanding the business.
- Functionaly:
- Pre- Employment Stage:
- To determine the business needs analysis considering the following:
- Company Strategic goals.
- Company tactical goals.
- Company business plan.
- To set a recruitment strategy.
- To set a Selection Criteria.
- To design an Interviewing and its supplemental requirements (Forms, assessments, .. etc. ).
- Others.
- Employment:
- To Define the hiring Procedures and put it in action plan.
- To design an employee Handbook.
- To design Employee Orientation program.
- To ensure Employee Signatures and awareness declarations.
- To set & review Code of Ethics.
- To set & review Code of Business Conducts.
- Others.
- Organization Development:
- To design a Company Business Competencies (Knowledge, skills, attitude, and abilities).
- To improve the Work environment.
- To Lead & Design the process of Policies & Procedures.
- To set the Rules & Regulations & ensure compliance.
- To set & update the Job Description forms.
- To lead the process of Training needs analysis.
- To be responsible for HRIS (HR Information System solution) in coordination with HR Management - HQ.
- To prepare an Evaluation System.
- To lead the area of Employee relations & communication.
- To design a Recognition & appreciation program.
- To set a Motivational program.
- To design a Total Reward program.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 10 Years of Experience, 5 of them in HR Managerial role with generalist knowledge.
- Fluent in both Arabic & English languages.
- Ability to deal with different cultures within different countries.
