- Standardize documentation process including, policies, quality manual, procedures, work instructions and standard processes (is a must).
- Prepare and follow implementation of internal quality audit plans.
- Supervise document center/controller to ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO14001 &ISO45001 documentation adherence.
- Ensure issuing and updating of documentation according to standard requirements.
- Coordinate implementation and integration of QA projects like ISO 9001, ISO14001 & ISO45001.
- Preparation of quality plans.
- Issue corrective/preventive actions request when needed.
- Put smart QHSE objectives aligned with the company’s objectives.
- Conduct QA training, orientation for employees when needed.
- Participate in QHSE conferences for what concern QA activities.
- Provide consultation for employees concerning QA issues.
- Ensure implementation of QHSE company rules and procedures.
- The preparation of the company QHSE manual and supervision of all amendments and revisions.
- Control the distribution of all the company’s quality documentation.
- Monitor all quality related activities on the project.
- Perform QHSE management system audits.
- Attend client quality management meetings.
- The preparation and control of project quality system management documentation prior to project commencement.
- Monitor the disposition of all issued nonconformance reports.
- Monitor the progress and effectiveness of the project quality management system.
- Recommend and implement improvements when required.
- Coordinate all QHSE activities with the QHSE manager.
- Coordinate all quality related correspondence with the customers’ representatives.
- Manage client KPI’S monthly report and negotiation with top management if there is any issues.
Job Requirements
Education Requirements & Competencies:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
- Minimum 4-7 years of experience in similar a position is required.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001,ISO45001 and ISO14001
- Females Preferred
- Excellent English communication skills – written and verbal.
- Self-motivated and result oriented (able to prioritize and plan).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and computer skills.
- Quality certification is a plus.
- Good in quality control analysis.
- Monitor and implement Quality Focus process.
- Implement and detect Health, Safety and Environmental control.
