Job Description
- Work Closely with Production Manager.
- Daily petty cash control and record.
- Daily Overtime and Labors attendance record.
- Prepare Daily purchase list according Production manager requirements.
- Responsible for all received materials, Tools full detailed report for each.
- Find new suppliers of the Raw materials (Fabrics, Wood, Panels, Paint, and tool)
- Obtaining suppliers samples of materials and catalogs.
- Purchasing the requested materials with best price, condition and terms.
- Proper record for each project expenses separately.
- Preparation of Monthly salaries according attendance sheets and over time records.
- Responsible for daily bases Labors/ Helpers attendance and payments.
- Getting sub contract / Suppliers prices and do purchase upon approval of GM.
- Weekly Projects expenses report for Management review.
- Managing the deliveries in/out with proper delivery notes records.
- Maintain all accounts books for Management review and auditing.
- Prepare the invoices and contracts.
- Entry/Typing the quotations and follow up for approval.
Job Requirements
- Work experience as an Accountant
- Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
- Hands-on experience with accounting software like FreshBooks and QuickBooks
- Advanced MS Excel skills including Vlookups and pivot tables
- Experience with general ledger functions
- Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
- BSc in Accounting, Finance or relevant degree
- Additional certification (CPA or CMA) is a plus
