Job Description
- Prepare BOQ which includes the quantity, required materials’ specifications and estimated cost for architecture & structural departments
- Define projects' costing by identifying the direct cost, overheads, material’s cost and risk provision after consolidating the BOQs
- Issuing financial and technical reports
- Issuing compensations and claims for contractors
- Issuing payment invoices
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering
- 0 - 2 years of experience as QS Engineer
- Aware of Law No. 182-2018 for contracting act is preferable
- Very good computer skills (Revit, AutoCAD, MS Office)
- Very good command of English
