What you will be doing?
- Responsible for client reservations and confirmation.
- Handle Online / Offline Customer queries, complaints and resolve issues.
- Responsible for the operational and accounting activities of the Space.
- Responsible for delivering Excellent customer experience.
- Ensuring smooth running operations and Space maintenance.
- Implement operational activities communicated by Space Manager.
- Reporting to the space Manager all activities happened through the month.
Job Requirements
What we're looking for?
- Understanding of Operations/Customer Management.
- Strong organization/communication skills.
- Microsoft Office knowledge.
- Very good English.
Role Conditions:
- Work will be for 3 weeks and 1 week off - Monthly
- Accommodation provided if you're not Hurghada resident.
