Job Description
Orders Fulfillment Main Responsibilities
- Check order once received (customer notes & address).
- Specify pickup location according to stores level stock & couriers route.
- Follow with couriers about orders collection and solve problems they faced.
- In case item not available in store , start looking in other stores.
- Send mails to WH - Stores to prepare the required items.
- Receive items from couriers comparing with them routes.
- Confirm with couriers items availability & collection.
- Update Pickup sheet on daily basis.
Job Requirements
- Preferably E-commerce & Fashion warehousing experience.
