Job Description
- Morning meeting with OR staff reporting, coordinating and running all parts of OR.
- Monitoring all kinds of surgical and medical procedures in OR
- explaining and training the junior doctors
- Supervise junior staff to assure best possible service for every patient.
- Enhance satisfaction among patients, staff, and physicians.
- Ensure sufficient medical supplies, drugs and proper surgical instruments.
- Administrative work such as duty rotation, statistics, annual report, Narcotic files
- Participate in clinical meetings.
- Ensures that accurate and complete clinical records of the patients are maintained.
- Maximize the efficiency of operating room utilization, staff, and materials to reduce costs.
- Carry out routine SICU rounds when there is a patient in SICU.
- Responsible for evaluating the performance of the OR staff.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree of Medicine
- Master degree in surgery
- Diploma of hospital management is preferred
- MBA IS preferred
- Min 2 years of experience in hospital management
