Job Description
Monitor accounts to identify outstanding debts
Investigate historical data for each debt or bill
Find and contact clients to ask about their overdue payments
Take actions to encourage timely debt payments
Resolve customer credit issues
Update account status records and collection efforts
Report on collection activity and accounts receivable status
Handle customer inquiries and complaints, provide accurate and timely information, and resolve issues in a
professional and manner.
Understand customer needs and requirements and offer solutions that best fit their interests.
Escalate customer issues to management, when necessary.
Contact with the old customers to let them continue studying.
Fulfills needs of existing customers that are at the risk of cancelling the services.
Focus on building relationship with the old customers in order to retain them.
Job Requirements
+2 years experience in the field of collection or any relevant industry (like customer service _telesales _retention _ insurance)
Max age 28 years old
Bachelor's degree Holder.
Proven experience as a Collection Specialist or similar role
customer service experience is necessity
sales experience is a plus
Great handling skills and negotiation skills
Knowledge of billing procedures and collection techniques (e.g. skip tracing)
Familiarity with laws related to debt collection (e.g. FDCPA)
Working knowledge of MS Office and databases
Comfortable working with targets
Patience and ability to manage stress
Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
Skilled in negotiation
Problem-solving skills
