Job Description
- Oversee and manage the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of the company’s ERP system.
- Ensure network security, integrity, and performance to protect company data and meet regulatory requirements.
- Lead troubleshooting, system backups, and disaster recovery processes to minimize downtime and data loss.
- Lead and mentor the IT team, promoting professional development and ensuring high productivity.

- Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of software applications and hardware.

- Optimize systems to support current and future business needs.
- Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with the company’s goals and objectives.
- Plan and manage IT budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
- Develop policies for IT security, data privacy, and usage to mitigate risk and enhance protection.
- Implement help desk systems and monitor support ticket trends to improve service levels and user satisfaction
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an IT Manager from 10 to 15 years.
- Strong experience in managing ERP systems.
- Strong knowledge of IT systems, security, and infrastructure.
- Project management skills (PMP or similar certification preferred).
