Job Description

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, revenue growth and promote affliate products.
  • Work with the marketing team to identify target audiences and develop campaigns that resonate with them.
  • Manage and optimize PPC campaigns across multiple channels, including Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media ads.
  • Collaborate with the content team to develop relevant and engaging content, compelling headlines and body for use in campaigns and on the website.
  • Conduct ongoing analysis of campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement optimizations to improve ROI.
  • Monitor and report on key metrics, including traffic, conversion rates, and revenue, and use data to inform future marketing decisions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices, and identify opportunities to incorporate new techniques into our marketing efforts.
  • Working closely with the management to share funnel conversion improvement ideas and improve results.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on performance marketing.
  • Solid knowledge of core SEO principles (keywords and keyword variations, keyword stuffing, internal linking, etc.) and the ability to apply them to written content.
  • Quality content creation skills.
  • Strong copywriting skills.
  • Experience in creating landing pages and user funnels.
  • Experience in performance marketing analytics and dashboarding.
  • Data driven, with experience in relevant web analytics platforms (e.g. Google Analytics).
  • Proven track record of driving customer acquisition and revenue growth through digital marketing channels.
  • Experience managing PPC campaigns across multiple channels, including Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Facebook Ads.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Self-starter with a strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
