Job Description
- Preparing and processing tender documents, contracts and bills of quantities in cooperation with the architect.
- Perform project cost analysis as well as maintenance costs.
- Participate in defining client requirements and conducting feasibility studies.
- Manage budgets, costs and monitor performance.
- Provide suggestions and advice purchasing strategies.
- Define, analyze and develop business ventures.
- Preparing and analyzing the costs of tenders.

- Advising on contracting procedures.

- Evaluate work and arrange payment procedures.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- Experience as a contracts engineer is a must.
- Practical experience as a quantity surveyor engineer.
- Proficiency in accounting and financial management skills.
- Experience 1 to 5 years.
- Good communication skills.
