Job Description
- Coordinate meetings, schedule all commitments & coordinate various assignments.
- Plan all business related activities.
- Respond to information requests.
- Manage meeting preparations and assure that all needs and requirements are in place at time of meetings.
- Attend assigned meetings to record and take minutes of meetings
- Communicate with clients, potential clients, and other consultants.
- Coordinate with team by managing schedules, filing important documents.
- Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
- Control workflow with employee & Customers
- Assist in the preparation and organization of promotional material or events
- Perform general administrative duties.
- Support all departments on both written and oral communication, word processing and typing.
- Possess organizational and presentation skills, as well as the ability to multi-task and work well under pressure.
- Maintain customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
- Establish work procedures and schedules, and keep track of the daily work of staff.
Job Requirements
- Excellent in MS Office
- Very good at English language.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with email scheduling tools, like Email Scheduler
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
