Job Description

  • Coordinate meetings, schedule all commitments & coordinate various assignments.
  • Plan all business related activities.
  • Respond to information requests.
  • Manage meeting preparations and assure that all needs and requirements are in place at time of meetings.
  • Attend assigned meetings to record and take minutes of meetings
  • Communicate with clients, potential clients, and other consultants.
  • Coordinate with team by managing schedules, filing important documents.
  • Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
  • Control workflow with employee & Customers
  • Assist in the preparation and organization of promotional material or events
  • Perform general administrative duties. 
  • Support all departments on both written and oral communication, word processing and typing. 
  • Possess organizational and presentation skills, as well as the ability to multi-task and work well under pressure. 
  • Maintain customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential. 
  • Establish work procedures and schedules, and keep track of the daily work of staff. 

Job Requirements

  • Excellent in MS Office 
  • Very good at English language. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Familiarity with email scheduling tools, like Email Scheduler 
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work 
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills 
  • Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
