Job Description
- Preparing visual presentation by designing art and copy layouts.
- Participating in various design project from concept to completion
- Producing drafts, prototypes and engaging design solution
- Listening to feedback to utilize skills and improve design
- Understand project requirements and concepts
- Use various techniques to create drafts, models, and prototypes
- Produce final design solutions (e.g logos, banners, packaging designs, interfaces)
- Pitch creative ideas that enhance projects
- Collaborate with team members to launch designs
- Use feedback from leaders to improve work
- Manage and create content for day to day social media platforms (design related)
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a designer in creative/ advertising and marketing agency
- BSC/ BA in Design or related field is mandatory
- Thorough experience with design software and graphics editing tools (e.g Photoshop, illustrator, in-design and all adobe software. also Desktop publishing tools.
- Skilled with design techniques (e.g prototyping and mochups)
- Understanding of visual elements (layout, type and fonts)
- Excellent communication ability ( English & Arabic )
- Excellent time management, multitasking, and teamwork skills
- A keen eye for detail ( e.g shading, lighting, typographic skills )
- Positive, pro - active, flexible, and problem solving aptitude
- Handles rejection and is client focused
- Drawing and illustration skills is a must
- Extra skills ( not mandatory ): animation/motion graphics, web design
