Job Description
- To achieve/exceed Orders, Sales, Margin and other key targets as per the agreed targets and company business strategy.
- Manage negotiation and close orders as necessary.
- Proven track record for closing deals.
- Develop and maintain the sales funnel for the target segments.
- Establish, develop and maintain relationships with customers key contacts as required and support them their business plan objectives.
- Follow-up both internally and with the customer to ensure business plan objectives are met.
- Manage priorities to ensure Customer satisfaction is at the highest level.
- Develop Business Cases for new business opportunities and meet new opportunity targets in the business plan.
- Recognize/identify opportunities in the Customers network.
Job Requirements
- Min 8-10 years’ sales experience in the ICT domain.
- BSc in Communication Engineering or Computer Science is a must
- Excellent negotiation/communication skills
- Good working knowledge of the Customer culture, organisation and business drivers
- Ability to persuade internal/external resources to fulfil customer requirements
- Ability to provide clear, concise reports and feedback to peers and executives.
- Excellent contact network especially in the IT domain.
- Demonstrate leadership and ownership.
