Job Description
- Gather requirements for, build, and curate the product use cases and Software Requirements Specifications documents
- Undertake market research and market opportunity analyses including the assessment of competitor’s solutions
- Prioritize features with stakeholders based on business need
- Balance new features, improvements, and bug fixes to ensure a high velocity and a stable product
- You are responsible for cross-department alignment, including product status updates, preparing roadmaps, documentation and participating in regular product and engineering meetings
- Align our product roadmap with current and future customer requirements • You will also get involved in programming and testing of the product
- Work collaboratively with multiple external and internal teams, stakeholders, and cutting-edge technologies
- Work with vendor to organize and facilitate planning and coordination including release / Potentially Shippable Increments planning, iteration planning, daily stand-ups, iteration review/demos, and retrospectives.
- Contribute to documentation, blog posts, demos, and marketing materials for product features
Job Requirements
As a Technical Product Manager, you will be involved in:

- A degree in Computer, Electronics, Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- 5+ years industry experience with technical product development
- 2+ Years of Cybersecurity and network security
- Experience supporting and/or creating a production environment
- Experience working with other developers/engineers/customer success teams
- Proven track record in the delivery of new products – Security / online training field is preferred
- Excellent Arabic/ English communication skills
- Problem-solving ability
