About Us

ECH is building a Direct-To-Consumer model that is fully focused on serving best cotton products to our consumers, with a plan to open 25 stores within 2 years and multi-channeling in e-commerce featuring our home grown brand NIT.

Summary

As a Sales Associate, you will support the team to achieve success through operational excellence, optimizing talent and new ways of selling, while ensuring the highest level of brand integrity standards

Responsibilities

• Customer Centric with focus on achieving targets KPIs.
• Answer customers’ questions about specific products/services
• Cross-sell products
• Manage returns of merchandise
• Inform customers about discounts and special offers
• Provide customer feedback to the Store Manager
• Stay up-to-date with new products/
• Ensure high level of quality and accuracy in the daily work.
• Achieving his/her individual Sales monthly target.
• Complies with store policies and procedures to maintain a safe shopping and working environment.
• Ensures the product offer in the store is made available to customers by assisting with deliveries and replenishing the sales floor.
• Completes sales transactions quickly and accurately while adhering to cash protection procedures.
• Ascertain that prices and other details are clearly visible on each item
• Cooperates with team members to achieve overall store goals and enhance the customer experience to build long-term customer relations.
