Job Description
Stylish Eve Inc. is an American company and the owner of the two US trademarks; Rush Brush and Hapilin.
We’re searching for an Art Director who can bring a mix of artistic, marketing, and business expertise to the position. The ideal candidate will have a natural eye for design and a passion for delivering dynamic ideas that connect with any audience.
Objective of the role:
- Creating Brands' Guidelines
- Work with the entire creative team of Graphic Designers and Visual Content Creators to establish a unified brand understanding and voice for the company, helming a creative audit to elevate our innovation
- Manage different projects and channels such as billboards campaigns, TV campaigns and all social media channels
- Manage our own studio and Videographers
- Conceptualize campaign vision, harnessing original graphics, copy, content websites, social media, and other marketing materials
- Develop creative briefs based on ideas established in brainstorming sessions with direction, schedules, and expected deliverable for the creative team
- Work closely with Content team to ensure their understanding of the briefs
- Delegate projects to in-house designers and create and oversee storyboards
- Obtain Management's approval by presenting final layouts, concepts, storyboards, and illustrations, encouraging members to provide feedback, and responding to internal commentary and requests
- Create processes and tools to support team's operations and ensure adherence of the team
- Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and development
- Collaborate with marketing and sales divisions in creating marketing plans and aligning team's priorities with business objectives to deliver high-quality work on time and on budget
- Analyze market trends, consumer needs, and the competitive landscape, and track campaigns' performance
Job Requirements
Skills and Qualifications:
- Must have experience in creating Brand guidelines from scratch
- Must have experience in designing billboards
- Must have experience in TV ads
- 8+ years as a professional graphic designer with 4+ years of experience in management role
- Proficiency with design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite
- Exceptional capability with typography, layout, and prototyping
- Highly skilled with leading a team of creative talents
- Strong creative vision with an understanding of business objectives
- Have a solid knowledge of photography and video production
- Web development experience is a plus
