Job Description
- Collecting & following up with subsidiaries the monthly closure reports.
- Analyzing the subsidiaries closure packages and help in the closure reports on monthly basis along with the related reports related to key metrics, financial results, and variance analysis.
- Analyzing the subsidiaries financial statements.
- Prepare necessary reports to analyze the budget & the business efficiency.
- Participate in preparing financial feasibility studies for the group projects.
- Participate in preparing the business plans for the group subsidiaries upon need.
- Participate in preparing presentations for senior management on the group performance & projections upon need.
- Participate in preparing the requested banks reports & documents.
- Participate in reviewing the bank facilities contracts & other banks documents.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA or CMA a plus.
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in corporate finance, financial planning & analysis, investment banking, or other related fields.
- Strong working knowledge of Excel and financial modeling
- Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem solving skills
- Attention to accuracy and detail required
