Role description:
Customer Care :-
- You will be required to communicate with customers from around the world over phone calls, text chats, emails and other means where necessary such as social media.
- You will be responsible for understanding the problems the customers are facing, investigate independently or with help of other team members, find a resolution to the satisfaction of the customer.
Main activities:
- You will be responsible to ensure customer satisfaction and give inputs on improving our products.
- you will also be involved in other sales, marketing and HR activities as and when required.
- You will be working in a multi-tasking environment
- As a company we operate in 24x7 environment, so all our team members have to work in shifts.
