Job Description
- Issue an official invitation to tender to various competitive Subcontractors obtained from the approved base list.
- Achieve market awareness by surveying the market local prices and updating suppliers.
- Split and prepare complete technical packages to produce specification, drawings, BOQ and time schedule.
- Negotiating with subcontractors to fulfill project targets and do closing deals yet.
- Ensure that the Budget for the project id within the estimated cost of the subcontract works optimizing saving & calcifying percentage profit.
- Award the Subcontract works to selected subcontractor based off the technical and commercial comp based highest quality.
- Manage the whole contract package from confirming data to issuing contracts to following up with the performance of the construction.
- Solving contraction problems as soundly as possible.
- Ensure with sub that all contraction safety rules and regulations are being observed.
Job Requirements
- Yeas of Experience: from 4 to 7 years of experience.
- Education Degree: Bachelor of Engineering.
- Major: Civil / Architectural.
- Construction Background is preferable.
