Job Description

  • Responsible to manage the marketing department manager offices' issues. Responsibilities include scheduling meetings and appointments
  • Making office supplies arrangements.
  • Greeting visitors and providing general administrative support to our employees.

Job Requirements

  • 0-3 Years experience as a secretary.
  • Highly presentable.
  • Highly organized.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Can work under pressure.

  • Very good command of English.
