Job Description

  • Manage full life cycle of recruiting from job specification through the employment offer.
  • Interviewing applicants.
  • Processing transfers, promotions, and terminations
  • Develop talent pipeline for active and future roles across the business lines.
  • Helping to negotiate collective bargaining agreements
  • Resolving grievances.
  • Overseeing engagement programs and other employee relations work.
  • Answer employee questions about human resources policies and procedures.
  • Coordinates and resolves various issues with bank Staff Accounts.
  • Provides training to new and existing staff as needed.
  • Familiar with Salary Scale and Grades System.

Job Requirements

  • Excellent Communication Skills.
  • Fluent English.
  • Human Resources Course / Diploma.
  • Strong Background in Personnel and good Dealing with Labor Office.
  • Microsoft Office.
  • Previous experience in OD.
