Job Description
- Manage full life cycle of recruiting from job specification through the employment offer.
- Interviewing applicants.
- Processing transfers, promotions, and terminations
- Develop talent pipeline for active and future roles across the business lines.
- Helping to negotiate collective bargaining agreements
- Resolving grievances.
- Overseeing engagement programs and other employee relations work.
- Answer employee questions about human resources policies and procedures.
- Coordinates and resolves various issues with bank Staff Accounts.
- Provides training to new and existing staff as needed.
- Familiar with Salary Scale and Grades System.
Job Requirements
- Excellent Communication Skills.
- Fluent English.
- Human Resources Course / Diploma.
- Strong Background in Personnel and good Dealing with Labor Office.
- Microsoft Office.
- Previous experience in OD.
