Job Description
Job Scope:
The Office Manager is responsible for organizing and coordinating office operations and procedures in order to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency.
Main Responsibilities:
- Registration and mailing system
- Overall management of the organization's General Assembly requirements (coordination with all divisions)
- Issuance of the organization's Directory
- Overall follow up and coordination of the Inventory Management and Procurement procedures together with Finance and Services and IT divisions.
- Communication with Member of Associations to be dealt with in a timely manner either directly or through divisions when needed
- Issuance of a Master Planner calendar that will include not only competitions but also seminars, events, meetings, etc.
- Overall management of memorabilia and gifts of organization's in-house respecting the allocated yearly budget
- Matters related to Event Management when directed by Secretary General
- Filling of all the Secretary General’s files, following the internal process
Job Requirements
Required Education
- Bachelor Degree required
- Master Degree preferred
Work Experience
- 5 years minimum in similar functions
- Experience in Secretarial work
- Previous position in executive secretariat
Languages needed
- Fluent French
- Fluent English
- Fluent Arabic
