Job Description

Job Scope:

The Office Manager is responsible for organizing and coordinating office operations and procedures in order to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Registration and mailing system
  • Overall management of the organization's General Assembly requirements (coordination with all divisions)
  • Issuance of the organization's Directory
  • Overall follow up and coordination of the Inventory Management and Procurement procedures together with Finance and Services and IT divisions.
  • Communication with Member of Associations to be dealt with in a timely manner either directly or through divisions when needed
  • Issuance of a Master Planner calendar that will include not only competitions but also seminars, events, meetings, etc.
  • Overall management of memorabilia and gifts of organization's in-house respecting the allocated yearly budget
  • Matters related to Event Management when directed by Secretary General
  • Filling of all the Secretary General’s files, following the internal process

Job Requirements

Required Education

  • Bachelor Degree required
  • Master Degree preferred

Work Experience

  • 5 years minimum in similar functions
  • Experience in Secretarial work
  • Previous position in executive secretariat

Languages needed

  • Fluent French
  • Fluent English
  • Fluent Arabic
