Job Description
- Write product short, long, and meta descriptions.
- Write contact lenses articles and cosmetics-related blog posts.
- Plan, create, and coordinate content for social media profiles.
- Working with the team to develop creative social media content and ad campaigns.
- Identifying key messages: understanding the main thing that you want the reader to feel and do and how to communicate this powerfully.
- Create, edit, and proofread written pieces before publication.
- Identify customers’ needs and recommend new topics.
- Coordinate with production and design teams to illustrate articles.
- Development of editorial content on social media platforms, including posts and discussion.
- Update our website as needed.
- Use customer insight to monitor visitor engagement and change the content in line with customer requirements.
Job Requirements
- Excellent writing and editing skills in both English and Arabic
- Impeccable spelling, grammar, structure, and style.
- Familiarity with SEO guidelines & Hands-on experience with Yoast SEO.
- Time-management skills
- Strong research skills.
- Hands-on experience with WordPress content writing.
- E-commerce background is a plus.
- BA in English is preferable.
